Hello all. Looking for someone that is looking for a good long term employment opportunity. This can easily be a career with a 401K opportunity. Candidate must have some sales experience and good customer service experience. Candidate must be able to easily pick up and move buckets that are in excess of 100 pounds each. Candidate will have a lot of interface with customers and must look professional and must understand how to handle customer complaints and requests. This will include a lot of ladder use and heights. You must not be afraid of heights and be able to work long days. You’ll be trained and eventually you’ll run your own crew. I’m looking for someone with a very strong work ethic that can be proven.
The hourly estimates are only until you learn the product and installation procedure so well that you can run your own crew. Eventually you’ll be able to sell your own jobs and run a crew. Eventually you won’t need to be on the installation crew since you’ll train your own crew and just sell jobs. This opportunity is for San Diego and eventually Palm Springs too. You’ll have a big territory
