Job Title and Location: Service Technician - San Diego and surrounding areas

Required Minimum Experience: 2years Commercial Service that included drywall, electrical, plumbing, & carpentry/framing
Compensation: $25.00 $28.00

Service Technician Job Duties:
Provide maintenance services as needed – plumbing, painting, light carpentry, or lighting repairs
Provide onsite access to vendors or subcontractors, as needed
Communicate regularly with office staff and supervisors, as required
Conduct job site walks and inspections and report all findings accurately via designated database
Report activity of homeless or vagrants occupying facilities and report of tenant questions
Ensure prompt action to questions, concerns or requests from customers
Maintain required work vehicle inventory levels
Answer phone calls and emails from office staff and supervisor in a timely manner
Work with general managers and supervisors to complete tasks
Desired background in Electric or Lighting repairs
