A-Absolute Construction Welding Inc. is excited to announce that we are on the hunt for motivated, skilled, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Shop Foreman. If you're experienced, CERTIFIED (AWS, FCAW, NR-232), and can take directions as well as give them, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
A minimum of 3 years Lead Man or Shop Foreman experience (you will be tested)
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
Confident in fabricating custom parts from scratch
Prior experience in structural steel construction is required
Consistent, clean, and presentable welds
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Attention to detail is critical
Must Have:
AWS FCAW NR-232 certification
Willingness to prove your abilities during an in-person test
