GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The role involves participating in the manufacturing process, including cutting, weeding, taping, and vinyl application. The installer will engage in finishing services for wide-format digital printing and will be responsible for fabricating and assembling products made of wood, metal, plastics, and low-voltage electrical components.
APPLICANT MUST DEMONSTRATE:
Proficiency in sign design and setup, with strong workload management and attention to detail.
Excellent memory and multitasking abilities.
Capability to work independently.
A positive attitude in a collaborative team environment, assisting with various business aspects as needed.
Ability to climb ladders and perform some heavy lifting.
Willingness to learn bucket truck operation as required.
Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.
Ability to adhere to our systems for job control, client services, and production.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably computer literate, with skills in Windows-based applications.
Ability to lift, stand, measure, and multitask effectively.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Basic math skills are essential.
Eagerness to learn in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
MUST possess a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record to drive company vehicles.
Trade or related experience is a plus.
Occasionally, early starts and weekend work may be required.
