POSITION OVERVEIW
We are seeking experienced maintenance technicians to fill full time openings within our company. We are looking for long term individuals that are able to work alone unsupervised, as well as work effectively with others as a team player, be able to complete tasks in a timely manner while showing pride and attention to detail in their work. All while being courteous and showing professionalism to clients, tenants, and co-workers. Approximately 3-5 years experience in the construction or general building maintenance trades is required. Knowledge of apartment turnovers and maintenance is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have reliable transportation truck or SUV capable of carrying materials and equipment to and from job sites , basic tools, valid drivers license and proof of current insurance.
Must have a basic knowledge of a Maintenance Tech. position and basic tools related, included but not limited to: the basic knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring, appliance repair, and basic carpentry.
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with some overtime and Saturday scheduling and participation.
If needed, travel to other properties and supply stores.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs and meet the physical requirements of the job.
Turn-over of vacant units and the maintenance and repair needed as assigned and order of importance on all properties.
A self starter with the ability to plan and work in a clean and organized environment.
