Our contracting business is expanding and we need a skilled painter who can also repair sheetrock!
We are looking for a full-time painter / sheetrock repair person to join our team. Our painting jobs are usually single rooms, doors, facia or decks. Our sheetrock jobs are usually small repairs from previous plumbing and electrical work and include texturing. If you have handyman skills, this is a major plus.
Qualifications
Painting - Must be experienced with indoor and outdoor brush and roller work, spraying, latex and oil based, staining of decks, doors, molding and trim, etc.
Sheetrock - Experienced in patching sheetrock, taping and multiple styles of texturing.
Stucco - Be able to do small stucco patches and match a variety of textures.
Own tools and transportation. We will supply consumable supplies such as pans, rollers, drop cloths, etc.
Handyman or other construction skills are a big plus
Customer Service Focus - Good customer skills are just as important as good trade skills
Communication Skills - Must be relatively fluent in English and be able to communicate easily with people who's only language is English. Spanish language is helpful, but not necessary.
Ability to pass both a drug test and a background check.
