Now Hiring: Swimming Pool Service Technician – $50K+ Annually (Bonita/Chula Vista Area)
Compensation:
Full-time (40 hours per week) = $50,000+ per year (Paid per pool serviced)
Includes mileage reimbursement & partial cell phone use reimbursement
50/50 Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days (Full-time employees only)
Sick Pay after 90 days
PAID 3 weeks of vacation after one year of employment

Job Requirements:
Pool service experience is preferred but not required
Must own a cell phone for work-related communication
Must speak and understand English (including text communication)
Must truthfully complete an application (we verify past employment)
Must authorize a background check (we conduct a thorough review)
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, and insurance
Job Details:
Weekly swimming pool maintenance in Chula Vista & surrounding areas
No meetings – work independently each day to complete your assigned route
Routes are optimized to minimize drive time
After mastering the route and the work routine, a typical workday is approximately 7 to 7.5 hours, but you will still be paid for an 8-hour shift
