DUTIES
Produce graphics using large format HP Latex printers and Flatbed printer with Onyx Rip Software. You will need to be able to laminate, use plotters, cut, weed and mask graphics. If you can install graphics at a high level that is a big plus and will increase your pay. If you are willing to learn to install graphics we are willing to help you learn. The goal here is for you to grow as we grow. You are not stuck in one position without any opportunity of growth here. We are a small crew and we all wear many hats to keep this machine running and you can transition into any position you desire. We produce and install graphics mostly for events nationwide, build displays and have a large network of printers and installers around the country that we use. Travel is available if you are interested.
You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be willing to work hard and be organized and able to multi-task on the fly. A team-oriented attitude is critical as we all work together to help where needed. You should have good problem-solving skills and at the same time not be afraid to ask for help when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in sign production is a must
- Previous experience in graphic installation a must.
- Punctuality and reliability a must
- Knowledge of materials used for installations a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player
- Flexibility to work weekends if needed or overtime - Valid drivers license and background check required
- Must thrive in pressure situations and think on the fly
