Looking for one or two people to help repair water damage on a wood framed Tiny Home I built a few years ago. There will be other work as well like insulation and finish wood work, so having multiple skills will be a plus. You don't have to be a trained framer but it will help. Someone who does clean work and takes pride in what they do. No hard drug users (meth, crank, fentynal, etc.) or daily drunks. Cash work. Must speak, read and write in English. I am injured so I can't do any of the work but I will guide you and give you instructions. You will need a phone that can take and text photos because I won't be there after I give you daily instructions. If you're good, there's a big opportunity available and I will ay well for someone who fits the bill. I am in the process of getting my B General Contractors license and I will need to hire carpenters I can trust to do good work and run their own jobs. My intent is to keep it small and easy. Decks, patios, additions and small remodels on the residential side. Easy to run, low stress and good profit margins. If interested email me with a resume. Photos of your past work will help. Email your desired hourly rate as well.
