We are looking for an experienced waterproofing installer to waterproof an exterior wood stairway and landing on a 6 new buildings in the San Diego Area.
Scope:
Waterproof exterior stairs + landings
Install proper flashing at wall transition
Use an approved exterior deck system (Westcoat, Desert Crete, Mer-Krete, etc.)
Prepare for tile/brick or apply deck-coating finish
Requirements:
Experience with exterior stairs/decks
Provide photos of similar past work
Provide written bid with materials, timeline, warranty
