We are currently looking for a qualified Dispatcher/Scheduler to help us make a difference in the lives of people we serve every day. Transportation services are crucial for every person, especially for medically fragile persons. We provide mobility, community and connectivity for vibrant persons seeking to live independently.
Under the direction of T.C Manager and in conjunction with the transportation provider the Dispatcher/Schedulet is responsible for general oversight of transportation services and ensuring the overall quality assurance of Transportation Services.
Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and arranging necessary transportation services for all participants and potential enrollees. Responsible for assisting PACE participants in accessing medical care, specialty appointments and referrals, as well as transportation to the day center.
