A well-established gardening company is looking for hands-on drivers to lead crews and assist with landscaping and gardening projects across Santee, CA and nearby areas. If you have gardening/landscaping experience, can physically assist on-site, and are ready to grow into a leadership role, this is your chance.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $21/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Santee, CA + surrounding areas

Responsibilities:
- Drive company truck and transport crew to job sites
- Assist with hands-on gardening and landscaping tasks
- Lead and support team members on-site
- Maintain safety and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Must have gardening or landscaping experience
- Must be physically able to bend, lift, and work outdoors
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug test
- Valid driver’s license required
