We are looking for an energetic and dependable Operations Coordinator with Forklift Certification that can provide excellent customer service.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30am to 12:00pm
Job Description:
Assist the Operations Manager with the daily operations of assets and human resources including applications of Company policies and procedures to achieve efficiency, profitability, and good working relations with dispatch, owner-operators, customers and the public.
Job duties:
Offload 26ft truck and help sort boxes and bags
Dispatch Relief Driver and other drivers with additional stops if coverage needed
Answer emails in a timely manner
Generate Reports (Missorts/Absences/etc.)
Check out drivers before they leave to ensure they have everything they need for their route
Setup and dispatch on DECS board (ensure the correct stops are on routes so drivers can close out properly, dispatch orders to On Demand drivers)
Create daily route report for previous day for drivers and audit driver scans/performance and escalate accordingly
Requirements:
21+ years of age
CA Driver License
Minimum 2 year experience in transportation and/or logistics.
Minimum 2 year supervisory experience
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
