Seeking a qualified, competent Shuttle Driver to mainly assist Guests from the Wyndham hotel, Airport pick up and drop offs, local attractions and theme park areas. Candidate must greet Guest with a courteous smile and willingness to help transport to their designated destination in accordance with the hotel procedures and regulatory rules. The Driver is responsible for the hotel vehicle and ensures that maintenance is regularly performed.
All accidents, injuries, unsafe working conditions and damages to hotel vehicle or in relation to the Shuttle Van must be reported by the driver immediately! Driver may be required to lift items up to 25 lbs. into the vehicle and unload them at the hotel. The employee will also be responsible for fueling the vehicle, cleaning the shuttle, and observing any defaulted issues that may occur. Documenting mileage will also be including with daily inspections.
Requirements:
Drivers must have a valid State driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic reading and writing skills are required.
Knowledge of local landmarks, and have the ability to following directions is a must. GPS devises will be required to follow.
Must have the ability to lift 25-35 lbs. of luggage during a daily schedule.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner are required.
Must posses a good sense of direction and familiarity with the region and driving skills to ensure a trouble-free work experience.
Prefer at least one year of shuttle experience
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be eligible to work in the US. E-verify background will be conducted upon hire.
Must have a flexible work schedule.
Weekends and some holidays are required.
