We help individuals and families across the US create private trusts for their business and family legacy, to preserve their wealth. We are growing at breakneck speed and seek an individual or team of individuals who can work as needed weekly to work within Microsoft Word and customize documents for our clients, print and bind packages in 3 ring binders.
The position is part-time and the hours are not fixed, it can vary weekly/monthly. Most likely, we will require 3-5 hours a day for 3-5 days per week and eventually full-time potentially. Between 9:30am and 4pm is ideal. We do not have a problem with having a few persons in this position, so if you can only work one day a week or a couple hours a week, but you are interested, we still want to hear from you.
The business operators are successful entrepreneurs in traditional business as well as non-traditional.

We have two locations presently, both out of homes. One in Point Loma and another (where production occurs) in Lakeside. An office will probably be needed in the near future.
If you are interested in a fast-moving, yet low-stress organization and you are great with updating documents (being really precise with details and formatting and making sure printed versions look great), contact us with your resume and link to your Linkedin if you have one. Being able to focus and methodically update documents meticulously and efficiently is the key to success in this position. This work is from a home office in Lakeside. You will not have to use your own computer, one will be provided for you. You will be trained in everything you will need to do and there is potential to expand into other duties (invoicing, internet marketing, video editing).
