A San Francisco stealth startup is looking to bring on a Senior Product Designer to work on interaction design, prototyping, and their design system. The ideal candidate will have experience designing end to end solutions for complex web software.

You will be joining an experienced design team which works in an agile environment. You will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between their Product Design and Engineering team through owning their Design System. The company is currently in stealth but is developing products to help medical professionals get more out of their medical equipment to further both research and patient accessibility.
Required Skills & Experience

• Experience building a Design System for a Web App
• Expert Prototyper
• User Center Design approach
• Ability and desire to lead and evangelize the Design System with cross functional teams
• 2+ years working and shipping products/features in-house

Desired Skills & Experience

• Ability to Prototype with code
• Experience using tools such as Framer or Flutter

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 50% End to End Feature Design
• 25% Design System
• 25% Prototyping

Daily Responsibilities

• 100% Hands On
