With primary skill as java, j2ee, microservice etc o 10+ years in a retail and ecommerce environment o Good communications skills, both verbal and written - for building relationships, managing stakeholders, working with clients and delivery teams o High energy levels and tolerance for tight deadlines and time pressures. o Proven analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills o Experience gained in a Senior Architect role, leading, or mentoring a small team of more technical leads and engineers, able to guide them, review their work, drive best practice. o Experience with Vendor Evaluation, RFP and RFP processes o Significant understanding of and experience in best practices around systems integration, security, performance and data management. o Experience with Microservices o Expertise/Exposure in one or more of the following: \uF0F0 Significant experience with high volume consumer facing eCommerce or other web applications \uF0F0 Experience with Digital and Omnichannel initiatives \uF0F0 Experience with implementing Chatbot and Chat solutions on E-Commerce sites. \uF0F0 Experience in Stores/Store Digital systems \uF0F0 Hands-on Experience with web (Java, J2EE, Angular/react/JQuery, Java, REST etc.) and mobile (Kotlin, IOS, Android, Swift, Objective C etc) technologies."
