Provide world class technical support for client and partner facing support teams. Mobile Measurement Partners MMPs are best-in-class third party developers who build technology solutions on Graph and Marketing APIs. This role will be responsible for continuously developing/updating documentation describing how clients utilize MMPs to measure and optimize advertising spend with the client. Responsibilities include: technical writing, product troubleshooting, triage and escalation of product issues and bugs, project management. You will work closely with product and technical experts and will be required to continuously learn about the client and MMP services. Candidates will need to be fast learners and able to manage multiple open projects and tasks simultaneously.
