Job Title: Web Analyst

•Client is seeking an experienced Web Analyst with strong analytics skill, a proven track record of data analytics and business intelligence and the ability to translate data into measurable and actionable insights that will improve customer experience operations.
•You have a strong background in the generation, collection and analytics of online user behavior data, with a focus on maintaining a high level of data quality.
•Our ideal candidate is an owner, with a sense of vision and attention to detail to build and maintain web data and analytics. You will be working within our Subscriber Platform Group and Digital Help Experience teams as a compass for decision making by identifying business opportunities, delivering unbiased and actionable insights and driving meaningful changes to self-service across channels and throughout customer lifecycle.
•Specifically, this role will be expected to establish and maintain an operational cadence, develop and share regular status reports and dashboards, tease groundbreaking insights out of online signals from Client web properties and deliver your compelling stories to a wide variety of audiences.
Responsibilities:
•Assist in the ideation, development and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks
•Quality assurance of output developed by the engineering team and validation of web reporting enhancements/changes
•Develop ad hoc and deep-dive analysis along with other Client data to detect opportunities and insights that drive support and learning strategies
•Design and deliver dashboards/reports to extract and communicate key takeaways of visitor behavior from web data and allow end users to self-serve for additional insights
•Build and effectively communicate data stories to executives and key stakeholders via presentations, written summaries, and data visualizations
•Partner with content contributors, experience designers and product managers to develop, execute and analyze A/B and multi-variate test
Requirements:
•Expert-level proficiency with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
•Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics Workspace, PowerBi, Google Data Studio etc.
•Working knowledge of tag management systems such as Tealium Tag Manager and Google Tag Manager
•Experienced in utilizing statistical concepts for A/B test analysis: statistical significance, confidence intervals, and establishing variance thresholds are a must.
•Experience working with optimization and personalization tools: Target, Optimizely, or similar required
•Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, behavioral economics or science, psychology, or equivalent
•3 years as an individual contributor performing web data analysis, preferably for an internet or technology company
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Detail-oriented, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
•Self-starter with a desire to learn and the ability to rapidly understand the business and its drivers
•Ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience
Preferred Qualifications:
•Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Certifications
•Experience with Adobe Test and Target
•Experience in software support organizations
