Role : TIBCO BW Developer/Production support.
Location : San Francisco, CA
Duration : Contract
Job Description:
6-8 yrs. of TIBCO BW Integration support & enhancement experience using TIBCO BW, EMS, Adapters.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing and supporting integrations using TIBCO BW 5.x
Must have experience in understanding SQL queries, SQL procedures.
Good to have MDM support & enhancement experience for MDM 9.1.2 version (On Premise version) and support activities.
Must have experience working in production support environment.
Must have ITIL based experience and be able to handle incidents, Problem requests and IT requests and provide support and work for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
Good to have Experience customizing workflows & rulebases in MDM, performing data load activities
Coordinate with onsite/offshore delivery team and provide relevant updates
Work on production support related issues and provide root cause analysis and perform defect fixes & enhancements.
Work with offshore for production support activities & enhancements.
