In this role, you will work cross-functionally and globally.  This role works in partnership with our business clients, Legal, Business & HR teams to understand the needs of the organization from a strategy and execution perspective.  This role will serve as a strategic partner and operational leader to the Senior Director of HR Experience and Operations, ensuring the successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives. This role focuses on driving operational efficiencies, improving process excellence, and enabling seamless execution of HR strategies through effective planning, coordination, and governance.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Support & AlignmentAct as a trusted advisor to the senior director of HR Experience and Operations, supporting strategic decision-making and prioritization.Translate HR strategy into actionable plans and ensure alignment across HR teams.Program Delivery & ExecutionOversee the planning and execution of HR programs, initiatives, and projects.Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.Operational ExcellenceDesign and implement process flows, templates, and standard operating procedures to streamline HR operations.Identify opportunities for efficiency and lead continuous improvement initiatives.Governance & ReportingEstablish governance frameworks for HR projects and programs.Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.Team EnablementSupport the HR Experience and Operations team to support resource planning, workload management, and operational prioritization.Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability.
