Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions, including: building the talent pipeline, interviews, and offers Developing strong university partnerships to proactively build a pipeline of new college grads and interns for existing and future needs of the organization    Promoting our Western Digital brand throughout the recruitment cycleCommunicate fearlessly to build trust; you will bring a strong perspective that inspires and motivates hiring partners and candidatesCollaborate amongst teammates and cross functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve goalsAbility to travel domestically, during peak recruiting cyclesSupport recruitment programs which help define and provide a comprehensive university experiencePartnering with internal stakeholders to define an all-encompassing candidate experienceDeveloping presentations and reports
