Candidates would preferably be based in the SF bay area for when the office reopens. If not, then candidates from Boulder (Colorado), Plano (Texas), and McLean (Virginia) locations are okay as long as they''re comfortable coming into the Client office in their respective locations.
This role will help push the return to work and "Future of Workplace" vision that the Workplace Experience group hopes to enable in partnership with HR, IT, and Safety & Security.
Drive the delivery of a reservation solution that will be be custom built by a combination of contractors and internal IT which will sit on a service management platform
Partner with internal capital project management team to ensure successful implementation of people counting devices for retrofits and new builds
Coordinate with people counting solution provider in generating simple reporting required by various operational teams
Generate C-suite level business insights and reporting regarding utilization by compiling data from various systems (reservation, people counting, badge, etc.)
You are organized, positive, creative, analytical, and focused on the customer and partners at all times. You know when to make decisions and when to ask questions. This is an execution-focused role. You maintain a strong long-term vision that aligns with Workplace''s "Future of Work" strategy.
At the same time, you are committed to improving the end-user experience at every step of the way. This requires a customer-focused product management professional with excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of success.
You have a deep understanding of operational aspects of delivering large scale service experiences.
Proficiency using G-Suite, ServiceNow, and Tableau.
Knowledge in CAFM and IWMS.
Knowledge of space utilization analytics (this is a nice to have).
You can point to examples of services you worked on.
You have product management experience and experience in an operational role especially within Real Estate, Facilities, Physical Security, and Workplace.
Hands-on experience with a Real Estate and Workplace technology is a plus.
You have shown ability to lead without authority.
You must be comfortable with shifting priorities and ownership.
Completed a Bachelor''s degree; MBA or similar degree highly preferred.
Strong record of academic achievement
Minimum 10 years relevant work experience
