Robert Half is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Manager of Project Management with expertise in Scrum methodologies, cloud technologies, and infrastructure project management. The ideal candidate will lead our project management team in delivering successful projects within scope, timeline, and budget while leveraging agile methodologies and cloud solutions to drive efficiency and innovation.What you will do:

Lead a team of project managers and Scrum Leads to oversee project and Demand delivery execution from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, Scrum methodologies, and company standards.

implementation of agile principles, specifically Scrum, across project teams to enhance collaboration, transparency, and responsiveness to changing requirements.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders, to define demand/project scope, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.

Mentor and coach project management team members in agile methodologies, cloud solutions, and project management best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Facilitate project planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectives, promoting collaboration, problem-solving, and accountability among team members.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party engagements related to project delivery, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, agile methodologies, cloud computing, and infrastructure management, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovation.

Drive process standardization and optimization initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency, quality, and scalability, leveraging automation and digital tools where appropriate.

Add as needed: Communicate project status updates, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Mentor and coach project managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating knowledge sharing, retrospectives, and process refinements.

Act as a champion for Agile values and principles, driving cultural change and promoting a mindset of agility and innovation.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field or equivalent years of experience

Demonstrated leadership of peers in a fast-paced Global IT environment.

5+ years of Team Leadership, Supervisory or Management experience in a fast-paced IT environment in a similar role, including direct experience working for a Global Organization and/or providing cross-cultural support.

Experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects and cloud technologies.

Demonstrated experience leading agile/scrum teams in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or M365 Platform.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing third-party service providers.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello, as well as Microsoft Project or similar software.
