Job Title: Reno Tech - OCJob Description
We are seeking skilled Reno Technicians to join our team, working in pairs to renovate vacant apartments.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks including basic plumbing (changing faucets and shower heads), basic electrical work (installing ceiling fans), basic carpentry (installing baseboards and door casings), and basic drywall tasks (patching holes and replacing sections of drywall).

All positions are 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, working in teams of two refurbishing vacant apartments.
