Kenney Construction is looking to hire a full-time, motivated, and qualified individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk!
Requirements:
- Be a team player
- Flexibility – this position may require you to help in other office departments
- Be well organized/detail oriented
- Have experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft
- Have a personal vehicle with a clean DMV record
Job Responsibilities:
- Billings – preparing and sending out bills to clients
- Data Entry – entering invoices/credit card receipts
- Accounts Payable – paying vendors
- Filing – putting documents/paperwork into their respective folders
Hours for this position: Monday – Friday from 7am to 3:30 pm
