We’re hiring a part-time bookkeeper to support a growing community management company in downtown Santa Barbara. This is a consistent 20-hour/week onsite role, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. You’ll work closely with the owner in a fast-paced, high-energy office that supports the financial operations of multiple homeowners’ associations (HOAs).
Pay:
$30–$35/hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:
Process accounts payable and receivable for multiple HOAs
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor reserve transactions
Assist with monthly financial reporting
Use Vantaca to manage accounting workflows and documentation
Communicate professionally with vendors, homeowners, property managers, and HOA board members

Who We’re Looking For:
Solid understanding of accounting principles, especially accrual-based accounting
Comfortable with accounting software (Vantaca experience is a plus — training available)
Clear, courteous written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable in a busy, team-oriented office
Available to work onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM
