Santa Barbara based Architecture and Interior Design Firm, has a full time position available for an experienced Bookkeeper. The Firm specializes in high-end residential design and luxury commercial projects. Ideal candidates will be highly detail oriented and well organized.
Accounting Duties would include:
Architectural and Interior Accounting
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Invoices
Payroll
Sales Tax
Handling Insurances i.e. Health, Liability, and Workers Comp
Human Resource Tasks
Applicant requirements for this position are as follows:
Experience in Accounting, architecture and interiors accounting preferred
Experience with Payroll processing and payroll tax payments
Experience with Deltek and Studio Designer Webware preferred
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Professional appearance and work ethic
Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Hours: 20 Hours per week to Full Time Position
Pay – DOE
Position start date: ASAP
