-On site daily and weekly accurate bookkeeping services (AR's/ APs/ Payroll/ collections/ journal entries, bank and other account reconciliations, income statements, statement of cash-flows, and balance sheet) to ensure standard applications of accounting procedures prior to providing reports to our CEO.
-Make recommendations to improve the accounting system to increase viability.
-Increase profitability by identifying and preventing billing and account receivable leaks to secure a steady and increasing revenue stream as evidenced by monthly budgeting and projections, cost accounting, and monthly reports to CEO and CPA as needed.
-Review financial reporting and internal control systems to recommend and implement efficiency improvements.
-Review and improve job cost accounting system to track income and expense by client.
-Solution-oriented approach to bookkeeping duties.
-Maintain high level of professional and integrity while observing the highly confidential nature of the position.
-Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
-4-year Bachelor's degree in Accounting
-Minimum 5 years experience
-Advanced QuickBooks & Excel Skills
This is a contract 1099 position of approximately 15-20 hours per week
