Our small payroll office is very busy and needs to fill a position to add to our staff. Looking for someone interested in entry level payroll processing.
Full time preferred. Part time hours possible.
Monday through Friday
9 to 5 (limited hours possible)
$15/hr to start
This position will include some data entry, QuickBooks entries, answering the phones, filing and other common office duties.
We will teach you how to process payroll. If you already have a solid understanding of payroll, you will learn our processing methods and how to maintain accurate records of each step in the payroll process.
An understanding of Excel and Word is required. A basic understanding of accounting and payroll is needed for this position as well.
A good fit for our office is someone who is detail oriented, punctual, positive and professional. Solid communications skills both on the phone and in writing is a plus.
