We are currently "Hiring Now" for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. Youll work with team members to coordinate the development and consolidation of global budgets and forecasts and will measure financial performance to understand the trends and direction of the business. You will perform technical analysis to identify present and future financial performance changes to budget and/or other targets.The Senior Financial Analyst will gather, analyze and prepare reports and information for financial plans and for senior management. Interfaces with managers and global financial planners to prepare budgets, report on results and provide direction.Duties;Administer processes of consolidated quarterly forecasts, identifying variances and explaining movements and changes to forecasts. Monitor company performance to ensure quarterly targets are achieved. Administer forecast structure and initiates system updates as necessary.Collaborate with key contacts outside the Finance group, business managers and planners throughout the global organization to develop revenue and expense forecasts. Support projects related to system and reporting improvement with outside groups like IT and Financial Systems. Assist with identifying reporting needs and requirements of the FP&A group and its internal customers and to aid in developing solutions.Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other team members activities on assignments or tasks as required.Assess need for analysis and other reporting, working with manager to develop a solution. Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues.Requirements;Excellent collaboration and customer service skills Strong time management and project management skillsProactive approach to managing workloadStrong computer skills required. Proficient user of MS Access, MS Excel with pivot tables. Experience and familiarity with Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and Reports preferred. Strong critical thinking skills Must Be; Proactive, positive, high performer with a BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
