What You'll Actually Do (aka Your Superhero Duties):
Be the Financial Guardian: Manage all aspects of our financial records, from accounts payable to general ledger maintenance. You'll be the bedrock of our financial stability!
QBO Extraordinaire: Expert with QuickBooks Online, who is your 2nd best friend. You'll be the digital conductor of our financial symphony.
Process Improver: Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and internal controls. You'll be the process architect, building a more efficient and effective financial ecosystem.
Master of the Metrics: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, providing crucial data summaries that help drive strategic decision-making. You'll be the data whisperer, translating numbers into actionable intelligence.
Collaborative Crusader: Work cohesively with other departments, providing financial support and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. You'll be the financial diplomat, fostering strong interdepartmental relationships.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle complex accounting issues with confidence and resourcefulness. You'll be the financial detective, uncovering hidden clues and solving financial mysteries.
What You Bring to the Table (Your Superpowers):
Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper (5+ years preferred).
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in QBO & Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy (we're talking laser focus!).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (you're a financial Sherlock Holmes!).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you can explain debits and credits to anyone!).
A positive attitude and a passion for numbers (you genuinely enjoy what you do!).
