Hands on High Level Customer Service Office Manager for our VIP Concierge Busy Insurance Office:
Prior management experience required
Must be a can do, fix it person
Must be professional, honest and compassionate
Must be able to achieve goals in quality and quantity of clients assisted
Must be computer savvy, phone savvy and reliable
Must be hands on Customer Service and lead by example
Must be able to obtain Health Insurance License (Company paid)
Must get plan certified to assist clients
Must be detail oriented, organized
Must be Multi-Tasker
Maintain good relationship and communicate frequently regarding business related needs with the owner and staff
Must have good decision-making skills with regards to operational decisions by recommending procedural changes etc. in line with the owner
Excel and Word experience
Additional Responsibilities as needed
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Ability to manage, motivate and inspire employees
Must have great verbal and written communication skills
