About the Role
Insulate SB is seeking a Project Manager – Field Operations to oversee insulation projects from start to finish. This position blends hands-on field leadership with office-based project coordination — perfect for someone who thrives both on-site and behind the scenes. You’ll work directly with our installers, customers, and office team to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with top-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily insulation projects — manage crews, schedules, and quality standards.
Coordinate between customers, estimators, and installers to ensure smooth project flow.
Track labor, materials, and production costs to keep jobs on budget.
Conduct site walks, job setup, and completion inspections.
Enforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, professional job site.
Support ongoing training and development of field staff.
Communicate progress, issues, and updates with management.
Qualifications
Construction or insulation experience preferred (superintendent or lead installer background a plus).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working in both office and field settings.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
