Key Responsibilities:
Learn and apply recruiting techniques; candidate sourcing and resume screening
Assist with job postings and advertising open positions on job boards
Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening calls, and interviews
Maintaining candidate databases and records
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-up communications
Assist in preparing reports and tracking recruitment metrics
