What We’re Looking For:
Experience coaching Masters-level or competitive swimmers
Strong knowledge of stroke technique, endurance training, and interval workouts
Ability to work with a diverse group of swimmers with varying skill levels
Enthusiastic and motivational coaching style
Certifications in coaching, lifeguarding, or CPR preferred
