SEASONAL OFFICE SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTION
Expected Accomplishments
Onboarding: New Hire Paperwork Completed and Turned In (To be completed the first week of hire date).
HIPPA: Understanding of HIPPA Regulations and the importance of it, we need to maintain our clients and employee's privacy.
Time Keeping: Understanding of how to clock in correctly and accurately. All break times (10-minute breaks and 1 hr. lunch breaks) are recorded through Teams and QuickBooks. All of this will be explained upon being hired.
Employees are Expected to:
Be at their workstation at the beginning of their shift ready to:
o Enrollment forms mailed/emailed out to clients.
o Maintain an organized workspace.
o Answering phone calls when needed
Understanding the basics of health insurance both Medicare and Individual Family Plans (will be part of your training).
o Scanning in and printing documents to upload them to our server.
Be dressed and groomed in a professional manner.
Work scheduled shift and take scheduled breaks on time.
Mailing out Part D’s and ensuring that they are accurately executed in a timely manner.
