We're Hiring – Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
At Norvell Bass Cleaners we offer artful, loving, sustainable garment care. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Job duties include (but not limited to):
-Greeting customers, intaking and returning their orders
-Itemizing and characterizing items
-packaging orders
-keeping storefront tidy
Position Details:
Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Strong communication skills — both with customers and team members
A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
Dependability and a strong work ethic
No prior industry experience needed — we’ll provide all necessary training!
