We are excited to open our new Infant–Toddler Program, designed to foster curiosity, connection, and growth through nature-based learning. Our philosophy emphasizes outdoor exploration, hands-on experiences, and meaningful relationships with children and families. We also offer a range of specialty classes to enrich children’s development in creative, physical, and sensory domains.
Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate, nurturing, and creative educators who love working with infants and toddlers in an outdoor environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for early childhood development, a commitment to play-based and nature-centered learning, and a collaborative spirit to our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Provide responsive, individualized care to infants and toddlers.
Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities rooted in nature and sensory exploration.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom and outdoor environment.
Communicate effectively with families and team members.
Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement specialty experiences and enrichment opportunities.
Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and program standards.
Qualifications:
Infant–Toddler Teacher certification or equivalent coursework (or willingness to obtain).
Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred.
Strong understanding of child development and responsive caregiving.
Comfort and enthusiasm for outdoor teaching in all seasons.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
