Leonard Unander Associates, Inc. (LUA), a premier builder of high-end custom residential projects, is actively seeking experienced Project Superintendents and Project Managers to join our exceptional team for upcoming projects that are scheduled to begin in 2026.
We’re looking for professionals who are passionate about building excellence, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and are committed to superior craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
5+ years of direct supervision and/or management of high-end custom residential construction projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer proficient.
Proven track record of successful project execution and maintaining professional relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing day-to-day construction site operations or overseeing project management tasks.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients.
Upholding LUA’s values of integrity, craftsmanship, and professionalism.
