Position Objective, Typical Duties and Responsibilities We’re currently seeking a motivated, detail oriented and creative problem solver to join our growing team. This essential role helps to provide high quality/high touch critical operational support to internal resources as well as our firm’s advisors and their staff members. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills across multiple platforms (phone, email, in-person, virtual), as well as the ability to organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Serves as first point of Operations contact onboarding new client accounts to the firm across a variety of technologies.
Provides front-line support for a suite of advisor and client-facing systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Creates reports to build efficiencies, pinpoint key performance metrics, and actively contributes to implementing processes that elevate team performance.
Ensures key client information and documentation is current with firm and industry requirements, rules and regulatory standards.
Acts as mentor and resource to junior team members; fosters a collaborative environment, manages team workflow to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned while contributing proactively to the success of the team and adapting to evolving operational demands.
Position Requirements
Technology - Required
Must have experience with Tamarac Portfolio Management System.
Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce preferred.
Advanced Excel experience (i.e., pivot tables, vLookups, etc.)

Education/Experience & Licensing/Certifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of financial services industry service experience; or
An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by the hiring manager.
SIE required.
Series 6, 7, or 65 preferred.

Compensation
The annual salary for this position generally ranges between $55,000-$68,000. This range is an estimate, based on candidate qualifications and operational needs. The firm also has a bonus program.
