Description
The ideal Assistant Manager candidate will be friendly and outgoing, professional, motivated, and most importantly, a team player. This position supports our General Manager in a variety of areas. A background knowledge in wine, spirits and inventory is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Work primarily in the dining area during service hours to ensure a quality guest experience.
* Move fluidly among FOH staff (servers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, bussers) to provide oversight and support as needed.
* Assist with inventory processes on a daily/weekly basis.
* Create solutions to any guest concerns in the moment and/or after service with GM.
* Assist with training of new FOH staff.
