We at Bettina are currently looking to hire a talented AM Baker to join our team. Candidate should have experience mixing, shaping, and baking artisan breads and pastries. All of our dough is naturally leavened using organic flour, and we bake our bread daily in our pizza oven using retained heat from the previous day's fire. In addition to baking duties, our bakers also hand-pull cheese curds to make our mozzarella cheese, and assist with prepping seasonal produce from the Santa Barbara farmer's markets for all of our pizzas and salads. Typical shifts are from 3-4AM to 11-12PM. We are looking for a full-time candidate with pay starting at $21+/hour DOE. Health insurance offered for full-time employees.
