Restaurant/Bar assistant GM or Maitre'D

Role: Assistant GM or Maitre'D needed to manage popular Montecito restaurant 3-5 nights (1-2 day shifts possible) a week, plus handle some non-floor responsibilities like training, recruiting, social media marketing, ordering based on interest and experience.
State of the art new kitchen, exceptional wine list, craft cocktails, tons of outdoor space (>50 seats), large indoor/outdoor bar, dedicated parking, and location in the heart of Montecito.
