The Montecito Club requires availability for "most" weekends starting April through September. This is the busy wedding season, most shifts start at 3pm, finishing up around midnight. The candidate should expect to be available on Friday - Sunday regularly. The position is "on your feet, fast paced, and service focused." Schedules are posted three weeks in advance. Teammates are expected to be prompt, on time, and professional. If you find it challenging to be on time this is probably not the position for you. Severs must be able to carry 15 lbs, have the ability to carry three dinner plates at one time, and have the willingness to be trained. Face piercings are not allowed, tattoos should be covered.
