Looking to hire our opening staff for our new location. We are looking to hire a line cooks, prep cooks and porters with a passion for hospitality, great attitude, and curiosity for excellence.
Line/Prep Cook responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Opening the kitchen and setting up for a successful day of prep & service.
Working from established prep lists and recipes
Working the line during service - picking up dishes according to the established standard
Breaking down station at the end of the night.
Keeping lines between peers and FOH open - COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
Attention to detail - presentation and food quality
Requirements:
+ Valid Food Handler’s card
+ PM & weekend availability are a must!
+ Ability to work clean and efficiently
+ Basic kitchen etiquette
+ Knife skills
+ Must be a self starter and comfortable working on your own!
