Owned by chefs Lauren Herman and Christina Olufson, Bossie's is a casual corner restaurant located in the "cow building" on Milpas and Canon Perdido, just blocks from the Santa Barbara Bowl. Our menu is seasonal, farmers' market sourced, and made from scratch. We are open for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday, and closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Candidates must be professional with a good attitude, able to become part of a team, and have a desire to learn and grow.
PM Line Cook:
One to two years professional cooking experience is required. Shifts are Wednesday through Sunday 4pm-close; hourly wage $19/hr + tips. This position is responsible for setting up station(s), preparation of menu items with an understanding of proper food handling, sanitation, and mindful in preventing cross-contamination . Must be able to follow recipes and chef's instructions, work organized and efficiently, and maintain quality of all ingredients.

Additional Requirements:
-Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changing menu items or new cooking techniques.
- Flexible availability
- Experience in a fast paced restaurant
- Servsafe certified and/or California Food Handlers Card
- Servers must be RBS certified
