As the Cafe Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the cafe's welcoming atmosphere and ensuring top-notch service. Your creativity, leadership skills, and customer-centric approach will contribute to making the poolside cafe a true gem within our community.

Responsibilities:

We are a small cafe that will require the Cafe Manger to spend most of the hours cooking.

Oversee daily cafe operations, including food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.

Lead and motivate a team of cafe staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Create and manage cafe menus, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality, fresh offerings.

Maintain inventory, place orders, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.

Uphold health and safety standards in food handling, preparation, and storage.

Foster positive relationships with customers, addressing feedback and concerns professionally.

Collaborate with the club management to develop and implement promotions or special events.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cafe or restaurant management is preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Organizational skills to manage inventory, orders, and administrative tasks.
