We are looking for a dedicated culinary professional to help elevate the culinary experience at our family-owned ranch, Circle Bar B Guest Ranch.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality Breakfast and Dinner for guests utilizing fresh, local ingredients, focusing on seasonal produce when possible.
- Create and manage weekly menus that cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring a diverse dining experience.
- Oversee meal preparation for breakfast and dinner, including special events and group meals.
- Assist with developing and launching weekend lunch service.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to manage food inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source the best ingredients and enhance the culinary experience.
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide an inviting dining atmosphere.
- Participate in events and themed dinners to create memorable culinary experiences for guests.
$20- $25 per hour, plus Gas Stipend for every shift worked.
