Zaca Coffee Shop is hiring for a barista. We are searching for someone to join our team of baristas at the Buellton shop. Zaca Coffee is a family owned coffee roasting company based in Buellton. The Coffee Shop serves locals and visitors to the Santa Ynez Valley providing great espresso/matcha/teas and food items. Ideal candidate:
Enjoys the public and customer service
Enjoys working with a team
Has some background in coffee, and a love for coffee/espresso drinks
Has some background with POS system
Ready to learn about Zaca Coffee and our recipes
Job Description
Shop Hours - 6:30 am - 2:30 pm 7 days/week
Shifts begin at 6:00 am and end around 3:30 pm with closing responsibilities
Typical barista will work 15 - 25 hours/week
Must be able to lift
Must have food handlers certificate
Must be comfortable working with team and learning all duties
